Primavera™ P6 for STOp-events (Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Outages & pitSTOps): 3-day theory & hands-on training designed and delivered by seasoned practitioner, EJ (Ted) Lister, to certify Planners, Schedulers and Project Controls Leads in Driving & Navigating STOp events with DSM (Dynamic Scheduling Methodology) and DEC (Dynamic Execution Control). This training is designed specifically for those currently using Primavera™ P6 who’d like to expand their knowledge of Primavera™ P6 and its scheduling engines and algorithms (aka Resource Leveling) and project controls reporting, in conjunction with best-practice methodologies for strategic and detailed planning, productivity factors, dynamic scheduling and execution to enhance worker wrench-time efficiency, reducing risk of cost and schedule overruns.
Students will learn how to properly develop a plan based on realistic estimates, how to apply productivity factors and measure performance, how to develop and manage a dynamic schedule using the Primavera P6™ leveling capabilities and how to get buy-in from field execution and operations coordinators during the outage.
